What is a Headhunter of AnyJob?
In AnyJob, we already have hundreds of teammates who help find talents for our cooperation companies in certain positions. These teammates are called headhunter. They can either work in the office or remotely work as a freelancer to work. Headhunters in AnyJob are from different countries, different culture backgrounds and different fields. And all of our focus is to find the perfect matched talent for global companies and all the companies which are in need of talents.
Requirements
- Experienced headhunters, experts in certain industries or social person with a lot of contacts, and connections on social media, like WeChat, LinkedIn, Facebook etc
- Cross-Cultural background
- Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities, and are good at developing interpersonal relationships
Duty
- Contribution in talent database.
- Recommend right talents for headhunting positions
- Job Information posting in different platforms and languages
- Industry research, pre-interview, background investigation, salary negotiation for certain positions
