- Handle customer inquiries face to face, by email, or over the phone;
- Make appointments with potential clients by email or over the phone;
- Provide prompt feedback from our clients;
- Optimize work procedures;
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin Chinese, good at communicating with non-Chinese speakers;
- Strong communication and presentation skills, passionate about education;
- Capable of working in a team environment, and willing to work under pressure;
- Honest, responsible, patient, and attentive to details;
