Job Requirements

1 Bachelor’s Degree majored in International Trading, Economics, Finance or Law, Law major and Master Degree preferred;

2 Very good at official document drafting and legal documents reviewing, very fluent English communication skills, candidates with English as mother language and with a second languange preferred;

3 Good at EXCEL, POWERPOINT,JPG and Advertising Poster design;

4 Familiar with International business development and cultures of different countries, especially USA and Europe;

5 Very good personal morality, sincerity, integrity and professionalism;

6 With over one-year working experience preferred. Working Place: Shanghai China.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the general manager to develop a new cooperation platform, conduct business negotiations on specific cooperation details, and sign cooperation agreements;

2. Monitor the development of project cooperation and evaluate its effects;

3. Responsible for the daily maintenance of the relationship with the signed platform, and participate in industry-related meetings on behalf of the company to maintain positive interaction;

4. Responsible for the reception of business activities of the general manager;

5. Other tasks assigned by the general manager.
