We need a Game Marketing Specialist to help us promote our HIT games (Rodeo Stampede, Transformers Earth Wars, and Hang Line, to name a few) globally and in China.

You will have the opportunity to learn and grow by:

  • Experimenting with new ways to reach more players on a variety of channels;
  • Engaging with the likes of Apple, Google, and other leading app stores;
  • Establishing winning partnerships across the Chinese media landscape.

Successful candidates will advance to a team lead position in our expanded Games Marketing business units.

What does success look like?

Our goal at Yodo1 is to help game developers make the most money they can from in-game ads. As our Game Marketing Specialist, your success will be measured by:

  1. Ensuring that our games are regularly featured in major app stores;
  2. Supporting our Game Publishing team in achieving their KPIs;
  3. Creating and nurturing new partnerships.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing marketing initiatives to help our Game Publishing team achieve its KPIs;
  • Communicating with the App Store and Google Play to feature our latest updates;
  • Advertising in-game community events across various channels;
  • Optimizing our games’ presence on the app stores—you’ll work with our Art Department and copywriters to continuously improve app store listings.

Must-have skills: 

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing related function, with gaming being a plus;
  • Native Chinese Speaker with business proficiency in English;
  • Familiar with the Chinese marketing landscape (Douyin, Weibo, Bilibili, QQZone).
