Job Description
1. Responsible for equipment maintenance of overseas customers and dealing with technical problems;
2. Responsible for training customers and overseas local dealers or technical support team;
3. Cooperate with sales to provide pre-sales technical support;
4. Summarize and feedback the application characteristics of different regional markets to help promote the regional adjustment of products.
Job Requirements
1. Be proficient in English and be able to use it as working language;
2. Overseas technical support experience in SMT equipment industry is preferred;
3. Strong ability to analyze and solve problems;
4, Can adapt to frequent overseas business trips, customer oriented.
