RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact customers/distributors to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company
- Coordinate regular reports from the internal sales team and distributors, and ensure that all reports are prepared prior to deadlines
- Collaborate with operation team to monitor project progress and make sure that tasks are completed on time.
- Collaborate with graphic designers for preparation of product artworks and presentation
- Assist sales director on the preparation of sales reports/presentations
- Handle and process a variety of requests and claims from customers/distributors
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate degree required (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred)
- 2+ years’ sales support experience
- Business level English is mandatory and Japanese/Korean language is plus
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Strong customer focus and fast/professional follow up
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Ability to work under pressure
