Duli is founded by a group of people who want to prove that pure plant based food can actually be very tasty. That people do not have to compromise eating plant based and that eating plant based food can satisfy both meat and non meat eaters alike. Ultimately we believe that in order to combat the imminent threat of climate change and to improve animal welfare we must shift towards more plant based consumption now.
Duli is inspired by the flavors of Sichuan where Duli’s founder used to live. We combine bold flavors of different countries into unique Asian inspired fusion dishes. We have a vision of normalizing plant based food and make very tasty dishes available in an accessible, casual but sophisticated way. We started in 2020 in the beating heart of the world’s most populous city, Shanghai China. We feel the plant based revolution is just getting started and so are we.
