To learn more about the examination procedure, employment please evaluate the Wage & Hour Claim Investigations – Employer FAQs website.
Investigations Launched by the Division (” Direct Investigations”): The Division may perform employer-wide direct investigations of prospective violations of Colorado wage and employment hour law.
