  • Support developing business for the agency through driving new client opportunities and maintaining close relationships with existing clients.
  • Assist with building presentations and budgets for clients, bringing together ideas from the agency’s design, production and show teams.
  • Stay on top of the latest trends within the event industry, driving creativity and offering clients cutting edge solutions that differentiate the agency.
  • Assist with the production and onsite delivery of events and ensure it is inline with the agreed-upon expectations.
  • Support Event Plannning team to achieve the annual sales targets set by Area Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree required. International experience preferred.
  • Strong English and Chinese ability (spoken and written).
  • At least one-year working at an international Event/PR/Advertising agency or a hospitality group is required.
  • Passionate about events and creating unique experiences for guests.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills (proficiency in design software is a plus).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team with clear communication.
  • Responsible, can be held accountable for tasks.
