Responsibilities:
- Process and follow up on venue submissions
- Key Account & Directory operations
- Maintain our CRM system
- Provide user support
- Monitor transactional conversations for spam and illegal content
- Run and monitor automated marketing campaigns
- Work with the events team event organization
- Yearly audits of client campaign performance
- Monthly reporting
Requirements:
- Native Chinese; Chinese passport holder
- Work experience in, CRM, Sales, Account Management or Customer Support
- Previous work experience with CRM systems not necessary but a plus
- Experience with Digital Project/Media planning
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
- Attention to details and experience with working in a data driven environment
- Very well organized
- Available within 4 weeks in Shanghai
