RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create business development opportunities according to the company’s strategy plan in North China.
- Obtains profit contribution by supervising daily operations.
- Provide direct management of the client facing team in Beijing.
- Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field.
- Experience in HR related field or start-up or software industry is a plus.
- Can Do and Problem-solving aptitude with proven organizational and leadership skills.
- 7+ years’ managerial experience in frontline sales or marketing.
