RESPONSIBILITIES
- Office administration policy management, issue communication and problem resolve, oversight of administrative tasks and systems updating activities in line with procedures
- Country-wide liaise and co-ordinate with Branch Offices on administrative matters & team performance management
- Physical security rule and access right management
- Contract administration on office lease and entity level general contracts
- Provide daily office administrative management
- Budget management including budget forecast and controlling the budget of the Administration Department
- Office HSE management
- Ad hoc projects
REQUIRENMENTS
- Bachelor Degree or International Equivalent
- 5-10 years’ work experience in multi-national company administration manager role,
- Excellent Project Management skills (project planning and tracking, issue identification and management; project status reporting)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical and presentation skills
- Demonstrated strong coordination capability
- Focus on detail and consistency
- Strong prioritization and time management skill
- Matured personalities and can work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
