Job Description

• • ·  Prepare lessons and equipment in advance for all classes follow  procedures and policies
  • ·  Carry out scheduled classes as assigned by the DoS
  • ·  Begin and end classes on time
  • ·  Deliver lessons to the highest standards of English Language Teaching
  • ·  Develop and use appropriate supplementary materials as and when required
  • ·  Use audio / video materials in classes
  • ·  Become familiar with and implement the Efekta Course Management Procedures
  • ·  Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps at short notice, on or off-site
  • ·  Inform students of centre aims and objectives
  • ·  Carry out teaching related responsibilities including but not limited to demonstration classes, Life Clubs, workshops and presentations as required by the DoS

• • ·  Be familiar with the administrative procedures required by the centre
  • ·  Meet regularly with the DoS to communicate all relevant information
  • ·  Maintain student and class records
  • ·  Administer, grade, correct and record the results of progress reports, tests and assessments for students
  • ·  Take on administrative work and but not limited to, cataloguing supplementary materials and organizing extra-curricular
